Dec 4, 2023 · It looks like CPU that is at least 30% faster than i5-9600K OC'd 5 GHz is needed. alright, can't be 100% sure if there's no cpu/gpu usage numbers but my guess is that the cpu is bottlenecking that 4070 ti. lowering graphically intensive settings like ray tracing and SSR will not help because of the cpu bottleneck.

So just come across this thread while trying to troubleshoot my 30FPS experience of Cyberpunk 2077 with an RTX 3070. Tried all the suggested settings with zero change, but finally have found the issue, now getting a smooth 60 FPS.
